2. The data we collect

Enquiry details: name, email address, phone number, property postcode and details, and any message you send us.
Client and property data: if you become a client, details needed to manage your property and pay you.
Guest data: details of guests staying at properties we manage, received from booking platforms.

3. How and why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote (legitimate interests / steps before entering a contract).
To deliver our property management services (performance of a contract).
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

4. Sharing your data

We share data only where needed to provide our services, for example with booking platforms, cleaning and maintenance partners, IT and email providers, and our professional advisers. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards as required by UK data protection law.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months if you do not become a client. Client records are kept for six years after the end of our relationship to meet legal and tax requirements.

6. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email info@skyconcierge.online. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

7. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the page loads.
